For account access, playback, content, privacy, or billing questions, email support@rcap.io. Include the email address on your account, the device and operating-system version you use, and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords or sign-in codes.

Signed-in users can delete their account from Profile. If you cannot access the app, email support@rcap.io from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will verify the request before removing the account and associated follows, saves, likes, and playback history.

To report an inaccurate summary, a rights concern, or a safety issue, email legal@rcap.io and include the r*cap episode URL and the original paper URL. r*cap summaries are generated by automated systems and are not a substitute for the original research paper.
